Picking up the pieces and moving on is never easy.  It's going to be a lot of hard work, but it has to be done.  You have to learn to enjoy your life.  If you don't, you are only going to give your ex the satisfaction of having tainted you forever.  Find your own happiness and leave all of the misery behind you.
