How do you do a citation if you are referring to information from an article in a paragraph?

I'm writing a paragraph for a class but I am required to incorporate ideas from the article that was given to me. My teacher said that when I refer to information from the article, that I must be sure to cite it. She gave me this article and she got it offline but I'm pretty sure I should cite it off of the printed out article than finding it online or whatnot. I'm sorry I totally forgot how to do this. Please help!
